At EPVS we are continually looking to improve and develop our service, and with this in mind, we recently sent out a short member survey to which we had an overwhelming response.
We learnt that 71% of our members are either satisfied or very satisfied with the service they receive from EPVS, which is encouraging. 24% of members are in the middle ground and only 5% were dissatisfied. This is great feedback and we will be working on how we can change the 5% dissatisfied members into satisfied!
Here is a selection of comments and suggestions received in response to our question asking how members think we could improve our service. All feedback is greatly appreciated, and all suggested improvements will be considered.
“Natalie is fabulous! Service has been top-notch so far!”
“The service has been superb so far – no improvements identified”
“Asks for two much paperwork, reduce what is required”
“Have tiered membership fees based upon number of installations”
“No all is good” “Make it Free :)”
“Quicker turnaround for non-finance customers”
The response to our question about which types of tariff you think would benefit your customers when installing energy storage systems was very mixed. The result shows that the energy providers have an opportunity to publish a specific tariff for energy storage which installers can then use with their customers.
MCS Heat Pump System Performance Estimate (HPSPE)
Of the members who completed the survey 57% were MCS certified installers for heat pumps and of those installers, we asked the question about the point at which they provided their customers with the MCS Heat Pump System Performance Estimate. It’s great to see that 84% of our members are providing the HPSPE before the signing of the contract in compliance with MCS 3005. We will be working with the 16% of installers who are not providing the HPSPE to the customer at the appropriate time, as non-compliance could impact their MCS assessment. Where the installer has legitimate concerns about the HPSPE, we will feed this back to MCS and seek their response. Here are our findings:
