EPVS Validation Certificate
What You Receive When Using an EPVS Member
Once you have signed your contract with the EPVS member and they have undertaken a technical survey of your property (where required), they will upload your details and contractual paperwork to our Validation Hub. You will then receive an email from us, to confirm that your documentation has been uploaded for validation and ask you to leave a review of the sale process so far.
Should one of our members receive a negative review, this optional feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and support them in enhancing their processes. Our goal is to ensure we only work with the best installers, providing exceptional service for their customers.
Once your documents have been reviewed and the figures validated, you will receive via email a copy of your EPVS Validation Certificate. Your installer may also choose to include a hard copy of your certificate as part of your handover pack post-installation. This certificate is your confirmation that the savings and benefits provided to you were based on approved methods and honest calculations.
