The Application Process

The application process for EPVS membership begins with submitting a Membership Enquiry. Once your enquiry is received, our onboarding team will provide you with a link to access the full application form.

Alongside supporting evidence demonstrating that you meet the membership requirements, you will be asked to upload sample copies of key contractual and quotation documents. These include:

• Your workmanship warranty
• A completed customer contract, covering terms and conditions and performance estimates (including a full breakdown of savings illustrations)
• For heat pump installations, a survey including heat loss calculations, performance estimate, hot water calculations and emitter schedule
• A full customer quote
• Your sales presentation

This comprehensive submission helps us assess your readiness for membership and ensures all standards are met.
