You must be a member of a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) Approved Code (currently HIES or RECC) and adhere to the Code’s scheme rules, which include being registered with an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) Provider. - Insurance Cover
Adequate public liability and employer’s liability insurance must be in place before applying. - Good Business Standing
Applicants should have a clean record with no recent history of consumer complaints or regulatory issues.
Approved Calculations & Software
To accurately validate your estimated performance benefits and savings, it is essential that you utilise industry-approved and standardised methodologies.
In addition to our proprietary EPVS calculator, which is available to all certified installers, we have reviewed and approved the quotation software and calculation tools from several reputable organisations, listed below.
If you use your own custom-built software, this can be reviewed and validated during your onboarding process to ensure it meets all required standards.
