Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG)
It is a requirement of EPVS membership that all certified installers provide their customers with an IBG* that backs the installer’s workmanship warranty and means that, in the unlikely event your installer ceases to trade and cannot complete or rectify your installation, you are protected under a robust insurance policy.** This should help ensure your project is completed to the highest standard and that you are not left disadvantaged.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
We understand that on rare occasions, disagreements may arise. To resolve any issues swiftly and fairly, all certified EPVS members are mandated to adhere to a Consumer Code approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI). This ensures you have free access to an impartial dispute resolution service, providing a straightforward way to resolve disputes without lengthy legal procedures.
